By accessing or using the Entelligence platform operated by NeoRosetta ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

To use the platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Use of the Platform

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Entelligence platform for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Your Content

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you upload, create, or store on the platform ("Your Content"). By using the platform, you grant NeoRosetta a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and use Your Content on the platform.

5. AI-Generated Content

The platform includes features powered by artificial intelligence (including OpenAI and Anthropic). AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and as a productivity aid.

NeoRosetta makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, including but not limited to:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfering with the platform’s operation or security
• Attempting to access other users’ accounts or data
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform

7. Service Availability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, NeoRosetta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeoRosetta, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations and indemnification) shall continue in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a revised date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
