  • Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform without authorization

4. AI Usage Restrictions

When using AI-powered features of the platform, you may not:

  • Generate content that is harmful, misleading, discriminatory, or illegal
  • Use AI features to create deepfakes, disinformation, or deceptive content
  • Attempt to extract, replicate, or reverse engineer the underlying AI models
  • Use AI outputs in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations

5. Data Handling

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to upload and process any data you provide to the platform
  • Not uploading sensitive personal data (e.g., health records, financial account numbers) unless you have proper authorization and safeguards in place
  • Complying with applicable data protection laws when using the platform to process personal information

6. Reporting Violations

7. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in:

  • Permanent termination of your account
